Cody Air Conditioning was founded in 1962 by Bill Brazil and John M. Cody.  Working out of a small garage, they began building a business based on the shared values of integrity, determination, and hard work. The business has grown steadily over the past 45 plus years, moving to a 10,000 square foot building and serving the entire Dallas/ Ft. Worth metroplex.   Bill’s son Martin, and daughter Suzi, ran the company throughout the ‘80s and ‘90s.  Today, John’s great-grandson’s John Patak and Cody Brazil work hard to ensure Cody Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc.  provides the very best customer service in the industry by following the values the company was founded on many years ago.

Our comfort consultants regularly attend factory authorized classes on energy saving equipment and indoor air quality, in addition to learning about new ways to provide you with the best possible installation. We specialize in solving high utility costs, fixing uneven room temperatures, and addressing health concerns related to your HVAC equipment.
